I’ve just been reading a topic on the Warrior Forums that I HAD to comment on. A marketer is asking there for a free version of a PHP script that costs $30.
I have to admit that this price point is clearly aimed at people who know nothing about PHP - the script is actually so simple, it’s just funny for me to see a price tag on it. It’s basically a “contact me” form with file attachment.
Here’s what made me jump.
I would NOT buy such a script myself - why ? Because I’m a programmer and I could make a better one in less than 15 minutes.
However, the person who asks for a free version on the forum should definitely buy it. - Why ? Because they spent HOURS today trying to find a free script - hours that could have been much more profitable.
Let’s face it : if you are an Internet Marketer, than you probably are in there to make some serious money - well, at least you should
. There’s no way you should spend 8 hours trying to save $30 unless your hourly income is less than (30/8)=$3.75.
If you make $1000 a week, working 50 hours (that’s $20 an hour), then spending that $30 is better than spending two hours of your valuable time.
Save time, not money !
